I grew up near Durban, with the ocean always close. Surf, snowboard and skate culture have shaped me since I can remember.
These days I split the year. For six months I am in Bristol, where I am Head Coach of Surfing at The Wave. The other six months are spent in Sri Lanka, surf coaching and managing Infinity Surf Camp.
I lived in Zillertal, Austria for ten years, which is where my love of split-boarding, deep powder and camping high in the mountains comes from. That world still pulls me back regularly.
Alongside coaching I work as a sports photographer, mostly with professional athletes. My work has been published across surf and snowboard titles internationally.
